- ChemLog Policy Advisory Group Meeting in Brussels (BE) on 5 November 2009
The first Chemlog Policy Advisory Group Meeting will be organised in Brussels to present the ChemLog project to representatives from the European Institutions and other relevant stakeholders. The ChemLog partners want to discuss about the possibilities to integrate project results in the policy debate about the future of TEN-T, Pan-European Transport Corridors and the European Logistics Action Plan. - Working Group Meeting in Warsaw (PL) on 13 and 14 October 2009
The project partners have meet in Warsaw for the Working Group meeting to discuss implementation of activities in view of collection best-practice solutions and identification of priority measures and projects for better chemical logistics in Central and Eastern Europe. - ChemLog SWOT Analysis published

Download - 1st Dissemination Conference in Prague (CZ) on 24 June 2009
The 1st Dissemination Conference in Prague took place in Prague to present objectives, activities and first results of the ChemLog project to a broader audience. Approximately 100 representatives from industry, science and politics have participated in the conference. The project partners have presented the results of their regional SWOT Analysis in the first part of the conference. The second part of the meeting was dedicated to the demands of the chemical industry for improvements of chemical logistics in Central and Eastern Europe. The meeting was concluded with a joint declaration that gives a summary of recommendation and needs for action as well as an outlook to upcoming activities for implementing results of the SWOT analysis.

The Working Group has meet in Prague to discuss final results of the SWOT Analysis and discuss recommendation in view of mainstreaming and strategy development. - 1st ChemLog Newsletter published in June 2009
The first ChemLog Newsletter has been published and contains introduction into the ChemLog Project, describption of results of the SWOT anylsis, reports from Regional Stakeholder Meetings in Central Germany, Novara, Austria and Poland as well as a review of the HLG Conference.
Download - HLG Conference in Usti nad Labem (CZ) on 16 and 17 April 2009
The ChemLog project partners have participated in the The High Level Group (HLG) Follow-up Conference "Delivering the HLG results in the regions" in Usti nad Labem. The ChemLog project has been developed in the course of discussion of the HLGs Working Group on Logistics and Infrastructure and is an important outcome of the HLG. During the 2nd day a workshop on chemical logistics in Central and Eastern Europe has been organised to present the ChemLog project and discuss objectives and results with a broader audience.
ECRN - Working Group Meeting in Usti nad Labem (CZ) on 15 April 2009
The project partners have met for a Working Group Meeting in Usti nad Labem to present regional results of the SWOT Analysis and discuss integration in the final study in view of developing joint recommendations. - Working Group Meeting in Steyr (AT) on 5 and 6 February 2009
During the Working Group Meeting in Steyr, the partners have discussed progress of implementation of SWOT Analysis in the partner regions. Partners have given presentation on situation of chemical logistics and current problems and challenges. The meeting has been used to develop a joint focus of the further development of the SWOT Analysis in view of comparing regional results and developing joint recommendations. - Working Group Meeting in Schkopau (DE) on 10 and 11 November 2009
After project start of 1st November 2009 the partner have met for the Kick-off Meeting in Schkopau / Saxony-Anhalt to discuss initiation of first project activities and establish organisational and financial framework for project implementation. The partners have agreed on a joint structure and the content for the SWOT Analysis. The meeting was organised at the chemical park of Dow Chemical in Schkopau. During a site visit the partners could see innovative chemical logistics solutions such as the intermodal terminal and logistics warehouse.
